WTB 2000 Liberty Heritage Wheel

I am looking to replace one of the wheels that is damaged.  Its a 16" Liberty Alloy.  See picture attached.  Anyone know where I can get one in Melbourne?

I also have a tear in my leather drivers side seat, can it be fixed cheaply and easily?
