Worse Than a Cube?

Hi,

Would you consider this better or worse than having your car crushed?

Some nice cars they have there. I really like that Z.

Discuss.

Cheers,
Nik

Better then a cube for sure. Your money and effort is put to good use rather then destroyed. It's a good idea that at least some police have faster cars then the majority of performance car drivers. Not counting our boys fpv's.

Hi,

That's a good point mate.

It would be strange if they crashed one of these cars and hurt themselves? I wonder if they have permits for all the modifications?

I would have thought the Z, or anything with proper racey seats, would encounter the same trouble as the WRX here in Australia - being that the carriage of a police officer fully laden with utility belt couldn't fit in the seat.

Also, pretty hard to arrest someone and put them in the back of a 350...

Cheers,
Nik

Majorly fOck the mu ***n p-O-lice off ni99a, that is ridiculous, that cannot and wont ever occur in australia, i especially like the lines "all the nitrous boosters had to be removed", wow how many "nitrous boosters" did each car have...10?

LOL hahaha engine mounts,

I think it would be a good idea to put the vehicle to good use rather then crush it, I can't stand to see a car crushed...unless it is some bucket ricer.

Hi.

A tuned 350 and a Cobra in America? Probably two bottles each.

Really, they already cruise around in hi-po vehicles here in Australia. This just seems like a logical next step?

They would be perfect cars to use as bait cars in America, it seems to be a pretty big thing over there.

I like it, but it will never catch on in Aus, our Street Racing isn't as big. I'd rather see the cops in brand new STi's and Evo's along with the HSV's they already have, and patrolling the 80-100km/h highways, not the 60km/h suburbs.

Crushing tuned cars seems a waste, so atleast the Yanks are recycling for once.

It said they made them street legal and then turned them into cop cars so I guess they would have the permits to go with them.
