i can now become the poster child for not wearing thongs while driving...

started rolling forward in traffic, taxi in front of me stopped and, my thong caught on the carpet, i didn't...

hopefully a few grand and i'll be back on the road

Which is exactly what I normally do... I drive barefoot all the time... I don't know why I didn't take them off and I'm paying the (rather expensive) price for it...

It's happened now, no point bein all "if only" about it... It'll do my head in...

Why is it going to cost so much? No insurance???

As for driving in heels - it's just different to driving in flat shoes, that's all, you get used to it.

Yeah, I leave them on, but then again I don't wear heels all that often, because they're a pain in the ass to walk in lol!

My car looked like that few times when i was on my P's.

You learn, but you dont need people rubbing it in your face as its hard enough on you as it is.

Hope you get it fixed asap AND hopefully now you can fit a proper front bar to it.

he's gonna help me out, he has a bonnet and front bar (heritage) i'm gonna buy off him...

else, i can do the cheap thing and just re-fit the GX bar... but i know it won't make me happy if i do

i'm gonna get some paint fixed up elsewhere (rear bar) at the same time... and i'm buying Aek's hipposleek wing...

it's at A&B motorsport, the place that's been looking after Aek's car for the last year or so...

hopefully they look after me, they seem to know their stuff!

and a few other things are all mcrooted

Aek is helping me out with new RX bar, bonnet (no i'm not getting a turbo bonnet, don't worry all you turbo purists) and grill (thanks mate!!)

and A&B Motorsports are doing the work and seriously looking after me...

whole front end is being repaired, straightened and repainted
as well as a new radiator, hoses and belts
and i'm getting my rear bar and a spoiler repainted too...

so, other than my shitty roof paint, the car will be immaculate...

which will be a nice change from how it's been since i bought it...
