Your writing style is a bit breathless there son.  You might try some punctuation.
From what I can gather you are having a similar problem to what I experience in hot weather.
Mine is a '99 RX manual and Subaru say they have a fix for this.
The fix is a new slave cylinder, clutch fluid hose and clutch pedal spring.
All reasonably priced.
Unfortunately I can't report on its effectiveness as I've not gotten around to fitting it yet.
I hope to do this before the warm weather gets here.

Regards.

start with the basics, check fluid levels, bleed the clutch fluid, look for leaks etc etc .

Sorry I forgot to put in that i went to Ultratune to get my fluid flushed and problem still persist.  May be i might take it to a transmision mech and ask what they think is wrong with it. it seems to be a common problem with some of our cars maybe he trans mech might have a solution will let you know what they say.

Thats probably what it is. This mean i will have to buy a new clutch kit yayyy i am looking forward to this. NOT!!!! How much did you pay for your clutch and may i ask how come you didnt change the pressure plate with your clutch or am i wrong and you did?

i can still change gear alls the time but its a pain fo me to adjust my self to so many different friction points.

well i went to the Transmission mechanic and he told me it wouldh be the master and Slave cyclinders playing up. he qouted me about 100 for labour + parts which is pretty cheap i think.

I am not sure how much both master and slave cyclinders are anyone have a clue?

Definitely replace the clutch master & slave cylinders. Really should be done when replacing the clutch.

The other issue that will cause this is excessive heat - Found it with my B4 after getting it back from getting the STi motor put in - lots of clutch operations with little airflow while having the master cylinder right next to a nice warm turbo with no heat shielding... Brings out that exact problem. Drive around without using the clutch for 5-10 minutes, 3 pumps and shes good as gold again. Only seems to happen in stop-start traffic with lots of clutch use. Open road, no issue.

Edit - Whoa! Rather old thread that got revived - Didn't notice that... Oh well, hopefully the info helps someone!
