by JC92 on 24-05-11 08:19 PM technically its illegal but i wouldn't be too worries about it because my brother has 19's on his impreza rx which comes with 15's stock and he has never been pulled up for it |

by BigWillieStyles on 24-05-11 08:52 PM I have 17inch stock rims on my 3rd gen GTB. I believe 2 sizes up from stock would be referring to the largest size from the car type, not the actual model. Therefore 18's and 19's are legal on a 3rd gen |

by XoN on 24-05-11 09:42 PM I think the problem generally rears its head over insurance more than the police. I'd also be surprised if you could only go up to 17" with a GX but could go 18" with an RX...

Assuming the OP is talking about the post facelift Gen 4 Spec.B rims, they do not clear brembos. |

I realised it was referencing spec B, not STI rims, after i posted. Unfortunately they're only 17" Oz Racing. Would have preferred 18" but this was bought awhile back off another guy on here. |

by 5horty23 on 31-05-11 05:53 PM Thanks everyone for the replies. Much appreciated. I bought them anyway and are now on my car. I doubt they are going to pull me over just to check what size rims im running.
