what to do with $300..

i get my rental bond back on tuesday and i'll have around $300 left after the obligatory bills etc...

so what do you reckon would be the best thing to do :

- save it
- buy a new head unit/speakers
- save a bit more and lower the suspension
- do the seat/interior retrim

what i need is some decent tyres. tyres that grip in the wet. but i can't afford a full set at the moment, and i'd rather go up to 17" when i gots teh money.

i'm leaning moreso towards a head unit as this 30W clarion just sounds dull, and i've always wanted some mucho better sound.

saying that, i just don't wanna blow it on food and magazines like with my usual pay.

why dont you buy some lowered springs with it??

Im expecting a noce chunk back from my tax return, from which the lib will get a bit of a makeover, such as a full exhaust and lowering of about 2.5 inches.

mmm... springs... how much would a good set cost? i'd only lower 1-2 inches, depending on whats legal...

oh i dunno, there's so much i wanna do. just gotta refrain from impulse buying @ coles and safeway.

my tax "return" this year is $38. but that's before i pay $40 to lodge it. for some reason with the ATO e-tax program, they reckon i owe them $335, when entering in the same info as this other joint. werid.

Just put an amp in if you want better sound, i did that and it sounded great!!!

i reken put it into getting springs. 300 for a deck? if your going to get a deck, you may as well get speakers etc, and installation would be the worst part about it, and at the end of the day, for a good set, would cost you more then springs. the only time i would think about getting new trim is if my seats got stolen.
if i were you, id either put a CAI or zorst

i think i might save it, and think a bit more what to do. no doubt 3 will suspend my phone again because they never send out any bills. i'll be getting some petrol which'll knock out $50 of it, leaving me $250.

i've got an amp/subwoofer already in the garage from my previous car. i like the JVC head units with the chunky knob.

ugh, the more i think about it, the more i wanna do. one day i'll get there.
