No scrubbing...
Just spray on, leave for 10 mins, and hose off... Watch your MAF and wiring if you are worried, but we haven't had a problem to date.
You may want to use a rag to rub the bonnet stains, they seem tough, but come off with 1 whipe...
No damage to paint, plastics, rubber, aluminum or SS.

I haven't had a chance to look through your tech, but it would be great to share some tech info...

Those who are after a hi performance water 2 air cooler, research 'LAMINOVA', we are making some to suit the engine layout, we will need a test subject too from the liberty boyz!
Expected price $2600-2800 for a kit, you will need some modding, its almost a 'bolt in' but is fairly involved.

-They are practically bullet proof, no water leaks into manifold.
-Less lag.
-Expect 3-8 degrees above ambient (post cooler temps) for all applications up to 750hp.
-0.1 to 0.3 psi drop over the cooler.
