Maybe you can hook up your own kit so instead the beep, it yells "put y0 seatbelt on muthafarker or i'll woop y0 ass!"

A better idea would be to disconnect the plug attached to the seatbelt and close the loop. This way the car will also assume that the seat belt is always on.

Understand this for a second. You have a function that's only purpose is to be able to tell whether your seat belt is on or not? When it detects that the seatbelt is not "on" it beeps loudly and lights up a light in the cluster, correct? It has absolutely nothing to do with the operation of your airbags or ECU, it is a completely seperate system.

Considering that the air bags are on a stand alone system...

Also, if you "close" (or open which ever the case maybe) the loop of your seat belt "switch" then it will permanently think that the seat belt is "on".

Now tell me, when seat belts are on (especially the driver), wouldn't that usually indicate that someone is sitting in the seat?
