Wat Car? help

hey all, im new to the site. And i am in the process of looking to buy a Liberty, im after a 2000 Model RX N/A, but thats all i noe. What gen and so on would this type be. and what should i look for when buying one,  how many K'z should i go for? my limit is around 11-13,000.  Any help would be appreciated.

That would be a GenIII.

You're probably looking at high km's for that price.

Have a look on carsguide.com.au or drive.com.au for local (statewide) searches on cars available. It'll at least give you an idea of what you get for your money. Or take a Saturday morning and go round the dealers in your area.

yeh, im think im looking for like 130,000. i dont want anything too much above that. Ye, iv been looking on carsale sites and so. But anything in particular i should look for when i go to inspect a car? and has any one got Specs for this model...how many Kw's at the wheels, weight and engine number and so on??

Hey mate welcome,

there are a few good Gen2 Rx's going around too..they do have more km's but are lighter and the front bar will just rip your heart out....they look very tough.

thanks. ye, but my old man is helping me with the financial bit,
and he wants me to get something with less K'z, and higher year model,
so ye, i picked the 2000 RX.

Dude..

I was gonna by an RX too, but thank god I held off and a B4 came up for a good price..

Your going to regret having an RX knowing you could have had a decent B4...

Sold the Subaru, replaced it with a Honda.. but all I know is Subaru's! (and Holden V8's of course):secret:

cars are overrated.

buy a goat. use it to pull a carriage.

if you really want a turbo, get some flexible corrugated pipe, stick one end up its arse, and the other end into its mouth.

flutter past the bitches when you do your gangsta lean through your local maccas car park.
