ok guys on a gen 2 gt legacy running the vf13 /vf14 combo is it vacuum line 8 that goes to the secondry waste gate one the left side of the engine bay and can u controll the boost on both turbos from the first waste gate?

lota links here for the new guy(me)on this vacuum line help thing.Unfortunately geocities is closed NLA, and other promising links to same in other threads result like this The requested URL /forums/sho was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
