Hello, just trying to work out were exaclty to put the "upper Engine" cleaner into my 94 2nd gen Liberty

Vacuum line on right in front of the Throttle body. It has a small hose on it, which attaches to a stainless 90degree bent fitting.
Remove the hose and spray the UEC in there.
