two wheels to four.

howdy,

my current mode of transport is two wheels- '02 'cb 900 hornet'.

love the bike but at times i'm finding it's just not as practical and i'll have to admit that i miss windscreen wipers and a roof.

have always had a thing for subaru's. was around them in my teens. co-owned an L-series "beater" in the states for a short time, a number of yrs ago and was taught how to drive a "stick" in it. great little wagon for the snow...well, until the timing belt snapped on the highway in the middle of the night up in the mountains! mmm, good times! oh, my folks still own an '01 heritage that i occasionally get to drive.

i'm in the initial stages of looking at getting 4wheels; subaru, of course!

my criteria: mid '90s, awd/4wd, manual, wagon, "low kms", under 10 grand, 1 owner (previous owner to be an old lady who only drives it a cple of blocks to her church), with maintenance and service history. and a reasonable selling price.smile not too much to ask. right?

gawd!! how/where do i start?!:bomb:

G'day mate.

Welcome to the forum. Not much of a wish list you have there. Check the online car sites carsales etc, check on here, check on RSLib etc.

Good luck with it.

kinda a daunting prospect right now since i've only known bikes for a number of yrs.

thanks for the welcome and look forward to being part of the community.
