Trouble Uploading to MYRIDE

Just wondering why some images (200kb) will not upload to MYRIDE when others will (also 200kb).

I've had no difficulty loading avatar size images but at 20kb they are fairly lame.

possibly the format of the pictures ie .jpg or .gif or .pic etc... put them all to jpg should be safe
