Yikes! I never realised just how close the tanker came to shore until I saw those pictures... Amazing shots.

Nope - most of the Newcastle dams are full and overflowing. They have been selling their water to the Central Coast. 60km in Gosford their dams are 15% or less but picked up another 15% during the storms.

Crazy pictures!!..

Would be nice to think that out of all that rain, a good deal fell in the catchment areas around NSW... I somehow dont think so though..

I feel so bad for all the people affected and hope all is recovered and all families safe, the act of God is always the mightiest. (hence the reason why insurance companies have a specific listing for "Acts of God")

but with all bad come good, .. you can all wash your cars without restriction to get the mud off them!smile
