Im sure many have experienced this, you go to bed, off to sleep, then awoken by my father. " get up someone is hitting your car, come on Ive already called the cops"

Withing no time at all im down the front but nothing, couldn't c no one, GRRR

It gets better it takes the Police A HOUR to get there at 2:30 in the morning? like Wtf, any hope of catching them went down the drain.

Im setting a trap tonight, set the knock sensor in the car to high and sleep with one ear open.

Im gonna catch them, cause it didnt stop at just 2 rocks at the wind screen but 2 dump ***ts running over over the bonnet. and roof

yeh, some people are such bastards. i had a rock (more like a boulder) thrown through my back window. was a huge pain in the ass. insurance didnt cover it. and i still find glass in my back seat.

That really sucks... Happened to me once too. Not on the Suby, but on my old immaculate 68 Mercedes. Punks were trying to break in and steal the badges. I setup a massive spotlight and sat up waiting for them with my cricket bat.

As soon as they arrived, I hit the light and chased the bastards down the street.

bad luck, try parking the car off the street and in a garage or around the back or something, away from drunks and others.

last year me and a mate caught some loser trying to knock off the timer off the tap out the front...we gave him a bit of a "tap"big_smilebig_smile

spewing... if they jumped on the car, it would have left nasty dints in the super thin al-foil, which subaru call a body..
if i as much as sneeze near my car, i reckon i would leave a dint.


was the car parked on the street, or in the driveway?

i'd be setting up a Infrared camera to record (to the PC) on movement around where the car is parked.....
doesnt take up much space, and every week or 2 you can start deleting.

i got it on the doorstep to monitor who comes to the front of the house while no one is home.... it only records like 5 minutes a day (depending on how many crap doorknockers come)...
