Hate to be the guy who tries to help but in the end doesn't really help. I think 988OXR mentioned something about his tail lights being tinted. So drop him a PM. Or wait for him to pass through. Or try searching it (top pane).

PS:And have you introduced yourself in the member intro section (top section). If not, Welcome mate.

I would have thought that you would want these to like a lighthouse beacon to those behind you to avoid a rear end kiss.

If done right they can look good and be safe. Forgot to mention that the Jap Spec LEGACY garnish comes already tinted so perhaps get your hand on one of those....try eBay or Import Monster, then just have the side light units tinted. And get into the intro section.

haha nah i dont want them to be fully black so you cannot see them at all, that would just be stupid.
i've seen a lot of libertys with it done, mostly B4's, and i just want to find out how it is done smile

hey 99LibertyRX i was going to do this but instead i ended up
buying the jdm legacy garnish which is already tinted and even has an extra brake light in the center garnish
if u have the time to wire it up heres a pick of mine
http://file039b.bebo.com/5/large/2008/03/05/11/3083273502a7071464310l.jpg
If u hit up any import wrecker they should be able to get one and plus would look even better
on ur white car lol
If u dont want the jdm tailights, there is the tailight tint called niteshades(made by VHT) which
u can get from like supercheap or repco etc heres a link that i found on the best way to do them
http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/How_to_Smoke_Taillights
Hope that helped
