Yeah i had a quick search about the B3 after seeing this, its apparently an impreza, so it has nothing to do with libs to start with...i would post the link however A) i can't remember what it is and 2) im not sure how to (kinda noob to most things forum)

how do you "stroke" an engine an extra 500cc?

I'd assume you're bore out the cylinders etc first. (mind you I know little about engines so you can tell me if I'm wrong)

So I'm with the other guys saying it's a Gen 3 with a conversion.

Doesn't even have the caps in the middle of the mags
