if you go to your profile, then scroll half way down the page, past the normal options and settings, past the recent forum activity you then you should see "forum settings" under that there are three options, My Subscriptions, My Posts, My Settings. go to my subscriptions and away you go. you can also turn off auto subscribe coz its a pain in the ass
