by unsub on 19-11-08 11:35 AM I got a call from subaru to do a survey after I got my car serviced at the local subaru dealership. It was just a basic 5 minute survey on satisfaction of service, price etc... |

by subnub on 19-11-08 12:50 PM Whois info for tns-online.com: A quick look around reveals that this is their website: http://www.tnsglobal.com/ Their website indicates that, in Australia, they have "offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth and specialise in both quantitative and qualitative research across all the major industry sectors". They list a contact for general enquiries: White pages lists (02) 9563 4200 as their contact number. You could give them a call and ask them if they have been commissioned to conduct this survey if you wanted. I'm leaning towards them being legit though. Nice pickup though, a lot of people don't even question surveys
