Subaru Survey

Has anyone else here been contacted by Subaru Aust to complete a survey or know of anybody who has?

I was contacted recently (Mob) and asked if I would be interested in doing a Survey, the guy knew what make and model Subaru I had so I am wondering if the Survey is genuine or not as he did not know my email address (link to survey emailed out) which is reg'd with Subaru Australia anyway plus I was told that I would receive a $20.00 voucher for Coles/Myer when I had completed the survey.

I haven't opened the link yet as I only received the email this afternoon and got suspicious as the email isn't from Subaru themselves, the address of the sender address is: Subaru Automotive Research <onlinesurvey.au@tns-online.com>.

My Mrs said I got a letter from my local dealership yesterday, I havent opened it yet so it might be that same thing???

I got a call from subaru to do a survey after I got my car serviced at the local subaru dealership.  It was just a basic 5 minute survey on satisfaction of service, price etc...

I didn't get a bloody voucher though!

subnub thanks for that feedback mate, I suspect it maybe legit but in this day and age on the net you can't be too careful.

If the survey is about servicing they aren't going include my feedback as it's all negative except for my experience in Townsville with Subaru Dealerships.
The dealership here on the Sunshine Coast and at Aspley in Brisbane are pathetic to say the least, but maybe I'm too pedantic about my old RX Liberty and now my Forester and how it should be serviced, but both being overfilled with oil on a couple of occasions is not good in my book.
