HI there Liberty maniacs,

I have a 2002 GenIII RX Liberty Wagon and it has been the family truckster faithfully for the last 5 years. We have had no trouble with it whatsoever, aprt from inanimate objects leaping out and attacking it. We also have a VW T3 Caravelle with EJ22 from a 1995 Liberty, and also a 1966 Volkswagen Beetle. You can see the theme here and, just by chance they are all dark blue!! I have a borrowed Yamaha TTR250 at the moment and it is blue as well.

Any way the reason I have gone searching the web for info is becasue I wanted to know how to clean an airflow meter from the EJ22, as it is long over due, and the dodgy air intake with silicone, different sized pipes etc, has finally got to go. IT has a large crack in it and I have bought some replacement pipes, howerver I wanted to clean it thoroughly first. I found the 'contact cleaner, dont touch' thread so I will do that.

The name T25Turbo comes from the model designation for the T3 all with T25 and the turbo bit, is that It is my dream to roll a T3 Van with a turbo boxer in it. I am halfway there, but have a ways to go, being short of cash at the moment. Any way, thanks for the great forum and keep up the great work.
