Hmm you maybe onto something there. :O

I think it looks quite neat, it's probably a 17yo art student who had a crappy paint job & decided spending a hundred bucks on spray cans was better than spending $1,500 on a cheap paint job, lets face it, those things fade like buggery & it's worth nothing so good on her.
