But unfortunately you stand corrected, I have driven a Suby!!  Drove the bf's B4 for a good week while my baby was in getting her front bar resprayed.  I have to admit she was a very comfy car to drive.  But I put my foot down in her a few times and althought she's quick (when she gets there) I just dont think I could get use to liking/dealing with the lag she's got!!

I just love the responsiveness (if thats how you spell it!) of my rolla.

PS I refer to cars as she's all the time too so you'll have to bare with me on that  haha!

Yes, yes it would be...  I dont get that with my little 1.8L single turbo (115Kw ATE) But that's ok - I love her the same Its not all about power... haha

I know Neal's been doing his research about minimising that VOD so we'll see how that goes...

That's the one, they only came out in AZTEC GOLD, which is a different Gold to the standard model of her same shape.  She's pretty much a Levin with the kit, bigger mags standard (which I've replaced anyways with the 17" BSA's), sportier seats, leather steering wheel and gear nob, different sportier gauge cluster, FMIC factory.  She's the last model made in that shape and also the Orginal Sportivo Series.  Now Toyota 'Sportivo' badge everything.

The beast is still ok, she can be 'A Beauty and A Beast'...!!! hehe

Hi Jules, nice 'rolla. The guys at twincam.info would love it. I still hang around there as they're an awesome [ and hell funny ] group. And I haven't driven a Corolla for nearly 2 years now.

They have a few Qld cruises happening in the not too distant future. I'd love to attend, but I'd have to drive 150km to the Gold Coast just to get to the starting point.

thats pretty nice for a rolla.. i like the fmic behind the mesh..

Yeah I'm on twincam.org / info, we had a cruise in June and I took some pics on their cruise too.  I love getting out and taking pics of different cars, I get over shooting just mine / friends all the time.. hehe

I've given so much crap to my mate with an 86 Rolla, but a rare 1.8T is worthy of some respect. 

and yeah, i'll call my car a beast (only when the 2nd spools :blush2: ), but SHE'S a f*cking dog in the VOD.
