Rims can wait, maybe consider that in 3 years when I am off lease. Not a priority as they will come post tax.

The GT lads will get over it, it's not like I will leave them alone on the site ! :crazy:  Too many good friends made through the many meet ups I have been to. As for Magus, well, he is in one damn nice Foz - it's be hard to get him out of it. Main reason I am doing what I am doing is simply the tax benefits and the k's, not to mention the good deal I am getting on the Lib. I only just 'finished' off the Foz mods but you get that. Someone will get a great car.

At least it's basically the same platform I am used to so when it does come to modding time I know what order to get things done in.

Mate, I just got all the paperwork signed off [by my work people] for the lease today, I have been assured that I will have the payment for the seller before Christmas - but - considering that leaves tomorrow and Monday I am not 100% certain it will happen by then. I gotta have faith in the system though I guess, my contact at the leasing company is pretty sure it will happen and they do this all the time(actually I have had about 4 of them working on it for me).

Having said that though I will be sure to take a stack of pics of it for sure. Just from my test drive (about an hours worth mind you) I was feeling comfy in the finishings of the Lib. Back to having cruise control - the only thing my luxo Foz was really missing, climate control - something new and 'cool', bright flashy lights and dials...slightly comfier seats - yep, happy to back in the Lib saddle but will miss the Foz when it goes.

I gotta do the k's mate so a trip to the land of gold and coast will be on the cards for sure. Got to sort that at work and home. I have done well so far in leave passes so this is more than likely going to happen. We'll unite and be strong mate - pfffft, only 60 Foz's?? !! Ha ha ha.

hey Kev, Hope it all goes through for you on monday, all fingers crossed, will be good to see some pics of it when you pick her up.

Well, it's official. It didn't happen pre Christmas which is a bugger but I picked the Lib up today - what a buzz. Stressful time waiting on Aussie post to deliver the cheques from the leasing company. All worth it after the driving today.

I am loving it, cruised around for ages and then got it in to the garage for a clean and polish - gotta love waterless kits from Meguires. Also helped that it rained and after I chamoied the car down it only needed a touch up here and there before the next gen wax went on. Gave the interior a clean up too. Now it feels like mine (the previous owner actually had it in really good condition on pick up but you know how it goes).

We have had storm front after storm front come through so will get some pics tomorrow on my cruise to Cooma and post them up for all to see.
