resetting the time

How can I reset the time?
For me, the posts are out by about 18 hours.

Ive tried playing with my settings (set to Melb Aust) but still out.

No luck with a search either.

Im sure its staring me in the face, but I cant see it.

I've wasted a few good hours trying to figure out what the go is too. For some reason the server and the forum just won't agree on the time. I'll have another look at it soon, but rest assured it's not your settings.
