Yeah the guy is a slimy COCK, he's lowered himself to selling his wares on some little known auction site because he was banned from eBay I believe for breaking the rules (he or one of his mates with a photographic site was buying stuff from himself & leaving good ratings lol).

The disgraced photographic husband and wife team of Hemingway Drive in Westfield who were recently fined $28,000 plus costs of $20,000 in the Perth Magistrates Court for misleading young people about modelling employment may be at it again.

Their last court appearance in the Perth Magistrates Court saw the pair ordered to repay almost $3,800 to victims.

“We have serious concerns about the way these people conduct their businesses and the representations they make, in particular representing themselves as ‘talent scouts’ or ‘model consultants’ and representing themselves as affiliated with a group called the International Freelance Models Organisation” Consumer Protection Commissioner Patrick Walker said.

On 15 September 2005 the Supreme Court ordered that the Holzs:

    * not represent or describe themselves as model consultants or talent scouts;
    * not identify themselves as being affiliated in any way with the International Freelance Model Organisation, or with any other International organisation;
    * not represent in their emails to would-be models or otherwise that advertisements for models from other websites are job or employment opportunities; and
    * not solicit payment for photographic or promotional services in any way connected or associated with modelling or potential modelling work, without first giving to  potential customers a copy of a letter as approved by the Court and having the customer sign a second copy of that letter.

Mrs Holz has at least on one occasion breached an earlier undertaking given to the Supreme Court whereby the pair undertook not to represent themselves as talent scouts or model consultants and or represent themselves as affiliated with a group called the International Freelance models Organisation. This matter is subject to contempt proceedings.

The Department would like to hear from any young people or their parents who may have been approached by the Holzs since 17 June 2005.
