Remember to tighten every nut and bolt on the car....

Just a quick reminder to make sure the bolts that hold the locking pin plate thingy on your bonnets are tightened, I wouldnt want you to get a suprise at 100kph!

Alexxx I will be getting that bonnet of you very shortly......

This is where the bonnet locking pin should be.....

Not happy!!! The ripples in the bonnet strecth back halfway, possible roof graft is going to happen. AAMI will be happy, only put insurance on it on Friday. Words cant describe how pissed off I am, I even looked at the smileys and there wasnt one that sumed it up either, this came close :suicide2:  A week, Ive had the car a week!

Ouch, would have been frightening for it to come up at 100km/h. I'm guessing it was loose possibly from the airbrushing job?

Been to Canberra and back, Sydney and back, and heaps of driving around locally. hmmmmmmmm and it is worse then the photos make it look

tough luck mate! must've got quite a fright dude, good to see you didn't get into an accident or anything man, the the important part hey? hope it allg ets sorted out.

Just incase you haven't shopped around, I had to replace my windscreen recently due to around 10 or so stone chips.. I shoppnig around priced ranged from $358 - $165! in the end I got mine replaced for $190 (as it was close to home), you shouldn't have to pay for more than $200.. good luck mate!

Damn dood, that really sucks, sorry to see that happen to your lib!

I was looking at buying that baby too, but I settled on another one from interstate! I sure have suffered my own saga with it too, spending $2800 on repairs in the first 2 weeks! New tires, headgasket, clutch, flywheel, timing belt runners neutral I got her back on Friday and its well worth it!

Hope you can fix her up soon mate look forward to seeing her!

depending on the cost of repairs, if i go and claim it on insurance I will get them to buy a new bonnet and get it airbrushed, with something better then the preditor though. and also take Alexxx's one for work.

That would have scared the crap out of ya for sure.

Good to hear your ok and didn't cause any accidents.

If your after a cheap windscreen I have one which only has a small stone chip for like $80. I'll take a picture if you want

There is a place on Canterbury Rd Belmore that replaces them for about $200

$4500 damage....:scare2: Love it!

Yeah I was never a big fan of the bonnet to start with, but its insured so I will get something on the new one, but not so in your face. A metalic gun metal grey image from Tool's new album i think but most definatly something by Alex Grey.

Bet you just about sucked your seat up your anal sphincter when you saw that predator coming at you doin 100kph,  bad luck mate.
Instead of the air brush I'd get a GT bonnet instead
I hope you went back & found the bolts.
