Bit of a strange question, but would anyone happen to know where you can buy second hand tractor tyres from?

No idea mate,

but have you tried places like kennards or places which sell/rent tractors and machinery? as im sure they may have some lying around or even ask them where they get their tractors serviced or where they get their tyres from.
