Proving Ground section has been disolved

Hi Team,

We made some alterations this weekend and began to setup more elaborat sections for those undertaking motorsports in their Libertys. The section previously known as the proving ground has been removed and the threads within were sorted into Drag racing (1/4 mile) and Dyno Shootout (dyno results).
