by a1079978 on 19-02-09 08:29 AM Hi all, not sure if any of you guys can help me but i have recently run into some problems with my liberty B4. Just recently my battery ran out and i had to change it. I had some one come out and replace it for me as i did not want the computer/immobiliser to reset itself so i had it professionally changed. I think though the guy who changed it made an error and did not keep power running into the car whilst he was taking out the old battery. Anyways from that day onwards i have been having problems with the immobiliser key panel, and when it does work the orange little engine light does not always turn on, hence i cannot always start the car. It sais i have power on the dash once i have entered the code but the engine light does not always turn on hence not allowing me to start the car. This does not always happen though? Has anyone ever faced this problem and how can it be fixed? Is it a serious issue? Some feedback from someone would be very much appreciated, thanks guys peace. |
