It's nice that you view the world through such cynical eyes Alex. There is no way for mods or admin to alter the results of a poll without directly altering the database. Only I have access to do that and I can assure you I haven't.

This may not be on topic but is there a way it can "jump" to the latest post when you click on the link in the subscribed email? Rather than just going to the top of the page, or is this being worked on or is it an option somewhere?

Most people look at the poster (Avatar) first to see whether the post is worth reading, or go directly to the poster they know directly for laughs.
There have been many decent threads where serious mods/information has been posted only to be spammed by some of the STARS on this forum. These are the posts to avoid without going to the effort of clicking the ignore button for that poster.
Also it's just like in normal life, you look at the person when speaking to them so you know who your speaking to. It's just instinct.

Well I'll let the poll run till Wednesday. It's definitely looking like poster info will be moving back to the left though.
