Post Your Photo-Chops

so, i've been trawling around various forums for a while now, and most have a section where members can post up their attempts at modifying a/their car using Photoshop or something similar, and i've been meaning to have a go at photochopping a liberty for a while now, and was looking through the myRide section, came across WhiteRXs, and used it as the basis for my first real attempt...

THIS IS NOT MY CAR (used with permission big_smile)

door handles gone
spray nozzles gone
lowered
wheels
number plate gone, bumper fixed up
window tints
lights made clear (truth being, i turned them black and white, but they almost look clear big_smile)

i'm sure those with a bit more experience in the area could pick out a few faults, but i thought i'd give it a shot

so aside from boosting my ego a little tiny bit, i put the thread up for others to post their attempts as well...

Heres one i did when the VE first came out. Theres alot of subtle changes in there. I wanted to keep it realistic.

nice man, that's about all i'd do to a VE if i bought one, they look and sound ridiculously tough just sitting on their arses with a decent exhaust

only other thing i would have done is smooth the front bumper over so there's no black box where the number plate would have been, similar to what i did above.

that coupe mod is nice, i didn't even notice it at first, until i put both of the pictures side by side big_smile

I have a few chops that are "overdone", but i like to make subtle changes that are hard to pick at first and the car still looks like factory. Coupes are a favourite.

Sorry Brenda, no amount of photoshopping is gonna help a Gen3 to not look like arse. lol

I use to be into photo-chopping in a very big way. Were in a few magazines and stuff. But lately i have been using PhotoShop for designing.

I was wondering if someone could chop a 120Y onto the front of a gen2 wagon.

I think that would look mothertruckin' pee eye emm pee.

Well maybe i've been looking at OzHonda to much, but dam, from the doors back it looks like a Civic coupe, just the lines of it.

CRUISN, you got any tips of getting rid of door seams? i'm trying to turn a statesman into a coupe, and i can't get the clone-stamp thing to work the way i want it to sad
