Possible convert

Hey all, Al here.
Currently driving a 99 Forester GT, (TD04, 3"TBE, MBC @ 11PSI, huge TMIC, custom front end). I am on most of the other forums as well, I already see a few familiar tags here)

But I am considering trading down (cough, cough) I mean across to a Liberty 2.5L wags. Dunno whether it will be a Gen 3 or Gen 4 atm, time will tell on that one.
Just thought I'd pop in and say hi before I go and start who_ring another subie forum...

Im on GT Rydaz as 98GTlegacy and dude ur foz is hot, i wouldnt call it such a down grade, sure fozzer are hot, but libs are different, more of a change i think.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I bought the foz when I was doing a fair bit of fire roads in Tassie, but now I do not need a car that is capable of that. The Foz has become a weapon, no question about that, but to get it to where I really want to take it would involve lowering it, bigger brakes and rims to cover them, and some serious tuning (not to mention $$). I know I am going to get shot down for saying this, but if I wanted to lower the Foz, then I might as well buy a WRX, and I'm not that keen on the WRX's (SpecGTS, PM me if you are keen to buy :yes2: ).
I love the turbo power, but I do not think I will miss it that much. Still looking at modding the car that I get, but more along the looks and handling side of things, rather than power (and definitely not rice! :comando: )

You'd be suprised how much you'll miss boost. I drive a Twin turbo lib and have to drive a Hyundai Accent as a work car. Just feels nasty

I will be driving another Subie at least, plus I am quite used to driving my GF's 03 Corolla.
