Not exactly the right spot for this but hoepfuly someone can help cause i cant work out how to change my password or find a 'contact us' link.

My password has been reset to a bunch of numbers and letters that im not going to remember smile do i have to keep using it or can i change it

You can change your password by pulling down the User CP tab at the top of the page, hover over the icon next to "Profile Settings" and choose "Edit My Profile". From there, go to the Contact Info tab, and you can change it in there.
