Painting Subaru Badge

Hey Guys
I saw on club wrx that someone had painted their subaru badge. I had some spare time so i thought id try it. Here is the link for the instructions that I came across. Instead of using goofoff to remove the paint I used acetone. If you use this make sure not to get any of it on the front of the badge.

My boyfriend also painted his but only the background and left his chrome stars.

never seen it like that before, looks good.

they way ive seen it done is you take off the little clear plastic 'lid' and color in between the stars with paint pen or something then glue it back on. looked good done properly, i like urs better tho

let us know how you go aurelius im going to make up a mesh grille in the next couple of weeks and might add this to it somehow.

Yeah its not really that hard. You dont have to paint the stars if you dont want too. My boyfriend scott just painted that background blue and kept the stars chrome.
