by Doug02b4 on 07-11-07 07:03 PM If anyone is going to get blasted, I demand to take my fair share! I feel somewhat responsible for this thread (thank you XXB4XX). I have experienced exactly the problems of which you speak. I tried to purchase a decal on the 15th of october, transfered the funds that day (yes I have a reciept) and still my status shows as "pending payment". Now while I understand its a new store and all, I dont see why someone cant drop me an email to explain the delay, especially after I've sent several emails through both the store, and the "contact us" link on the home page. All I want to do is advertise the forum and let every one know what a tops place it is, kind of hard to do when I'm left decal-less and out of pocket. If anyone is reading this and can offer me an explanation, I'd sure love to hear from you, (Kosti?)

by Doug02b4 on 09-11-07 08:25 AM Just to update, I have been contacted by a Moderator who shall remain nameless, promising me that he/she (mysterious arent I?) will follow up for me and get me a result. Realistically, that is all I and others are asking for. We are not bagging the site in any way, just the way things have been handled. hopefully this will lead to better systems being put in place, or at the least a better contact system. |
