Yeah... Nah a conversion is pretty much off the cards. This car has really low kms and I wouldnt waste a good engine and reliable car buy replacing the engine and fiddling with s**t. I'm gonna keep an eye out on carsales and stuff, they all seem to be auto tho :Dntknw:

Whats involved with a conversion? Just a box and clutch? Has anyone done this before? And around how much would I be looking at? I'm considering travelling down to Victoria to check this one out...

well i reakon those km's are good, as most guys on here, there B4's are around the 100,000km mark.

The B4 which we have is at 124,000km and no problems yet.

30 grand is heaps.

but as said before, a convirsion is a very good option. they also can be as good as factory if done right.

RSLC boys would know of a guy called Al, he used to work at sunspares in qld, but now does convirsion for the RSLC members, he is unreal at doing the wiring, and i have yet to see someone take there car back to him as of a bad job.

i might be able to track down his email for you. and his prices are good, he sources you the motor and gearbox too.
