Number plates to suit Gen 3 Bumper

How can I get my hands on number plates that will fit nice and snug on my front bumper, or will I need the mounting bracket off an Aus. spec model?

Hi, I just got myself a second hand 2006 Subaru liberty wagon. The guy i got it from was upfront and said it had a rattle that does not harm the engine but to fix it is around $1000. Apparently it is in all this year/model and it is a manufacture problem. (no warranty left) If it's with all this model i figure that someone else out there has the same problem and like me can't afford $1000 so im hoping someone can give me a way to fix it. It's when im in low gear only and when im releasing the clutch, its a squealing rattle type noise. It sounds like im driving a hunk of crap and i hate it. Please help me with a cheap alternative. Thanks yikes)

Mate get it propperly diagnosed by a mechanic. There are a number of things it could be. When you know exactly what it is you need to fix, there are heaps of people here that can help you with good advice & parts.

You can get aus spec number plate holders but I never really got around to it. You will probably find one at a wrecker. I will at somestage.

Dont take his word for it, and dont take it to Subaru if you dont want to pay out the ass. Just take it to another workshop that has experience with Subarus or that your trust.
