Heya, sounds ok to me, my B4 has 164k on it, and I love it. Is that the asking price? You could probably get it a little cheaper if they are willing to haggle.

Look at the motor. Check the oil and coolant levels. Take it for a spirited drive, and once warmed up, give it a bit and get the RPM over 4000-5000 under acceleration, feel for the secondary turbo kicking in. It is usually quite noticeable, if it doesn't then there is likely an issue in the sequential system, which can be fixed, but is also tricky to debug. Look for billowing smoke, signs of a blown turbo or head gasket. Listen for pinging/knocking from the engine. Do a few hard turns and listen for noises, usual stuff.
