Looking for a new front bar to suit my 2001 liberty RX manual. ANy ideas anyone?

Also its been lowered with Pedders super low springs and now ive been told that it needs to come up in the rear because im scrubbing tyres and they cant adjust it out!!!

Any ideas that would get around this, i love the look at the moment but didnt want to loose the low sporty look! I would have to come up about 2/3 of an inch to an inch!
