Interesting, the Fozzie has a lot more curves then I thought it would have.  it reminds me of another car but I can't put my finger on it, possibly a Nissan?

Wonder how what that'll mean for the next Lib.

Wow, the WRX sedan looks even more like its been built in Korea than the hatch... Who would have thought it'd be possible.

I don't like the scoop at all. It's way too scoopish... On the other hand I don't mind the look of the interior. Never sat in it though, I hear its all tacky hard plastic :resent:

wrx still looks s**t in both forms.

foz is not bad, but prefer the squarer lines of the previous model.

Got to agree with Brendan, the new WRX doesn't look too bad... its grown on me a lot especially when I see them driving around.

Neither car are for me, and I fear what they may have done to the new Liberty. Also, I hope the new Forester isn't as big as it looks in those photos.

Still look forward to seeing the STi Forester in March/April.

I was pretty sure there will be no sedan version of the STi?

Interesting to see also, what the facelift they have for the WRX/STi is going to be. This will be the fastest 'tweak' since the bug eye fiasco.

Cheers,
Nik

WRX from front in that shot looks good it's growing on me but at the back its a different storey it just looks like a crappy Camry sedan not a fan.

the Forrester isn't to bad but it's not going to be liked by the people who like modding them as i can see these will be liked by the general motorist but not the enthusiast.

the WRX STI, hatch or not is really nice car, and it's bloody quick i cant wait to see them on the road.

im seeing them everyday (work  on the same road as subaru docklands) actually saw a silver STi 30 mins ago. (someone on a test drive fangin it big_smile )

the STi with the pumped guards is alot better looking than the plain jane wrx, but still not as nice as previous models imo..

What is with the window frame's!!!!

I ask myself, why would i buy a Subaru now?

They have pretty average styling, Korean-esque.
There is not really any niffty little features, i.e Frameless doors.
They dont have uber economy by any stretch of the imagination.

Can someone suggest reasons why i would want a new Subaru?

The WRX looks way better after STI have finished with it. The interior isnt as pov and previous rex's, the seats are awsome. Sat in one on the weekend.

Re: New WRX Sedan and Forester Pics

Like most performance models these days they seem aimed at Joe Average who has the coin but not the inclination to build something nice. Unfortunately, the WRX and dare I say it the GT/3.0 Spec B Liberty seem to have become the new "mid-life crisis" cars. Living near the NSW ski resorts and working there all year round I see a lot of both driven by people that are far from what you'd call enthusists and bought a "hot" Subaru for a little mountain chic. Remember the RX8 when it first came out? Worst looking car ever but once the boys put their hands and imaginations to work so really cool looking rides started to pop up. Once crew start playing with these new models I reckon we'll see something special. Just imagine how good that XT would look dumped and pumped with some nice wheels and a bit of subtle detailing. I guess time will tell.

Paulie are you seriously suggesting the ONLY reason you drive a Subaru, is because it has pillarless windows?

Its the only reason i didnt buy a 5ltr VS mate.
That and the better economy and AWD.

Otherwise, what really makes and NA lib any different to a pulsar?
