Hi Mate,

Welcome, i'm also from SA (same car and colour)

Join up to: www.SubyClub.com, about 50% of the users over there are B4 owners, and will help you if you ever have a problem, which you inevitably will having a B4.

Also join: www.rslibertyclub.org/forums/ that's were they create most of the SA cruises.

I have some similar mods to you as well.

This is mine, you might see it floating around the Glenelg way or in the city:

Also you can upload pictures on this site: http://tinypic.com/ and then post the link on here and your pictures will work.

Enjoy, Tom.

Please do some research before you post mate. The 4 pot WRX brakes aren't any better than the B4 brakes.

Only logical brake upgrades would be - 315mm Gen 4 GT brakes, or STi Brembo brakes.

WRX 4 pots are only good for their looks.

im not to fond of a front mount mayb a bigger top mount, and with the brakes i was considering way down the track the sti brembo brakes
wat r the most common problems with the B4?

Detonation which results in big end failures, Excess blow by, Brandt Alarm problems, just off the top of my head.

Be nice to 3rd gear too, they Dont like to be rushed or over selected.

4Pot brakes are a better upgrade over the standard 2 piston caliper. STI brembo's (i have them front and rear on mine) are even better.

FMIC is a waste of time on a B4, If those two turbo's can create enough heat or flow to need one, i would be suprised. Process west or hyperflow are brads of top mounts i would consider looking at.

Remember buy cheap, buy twice
