New Owner in SA

Hi Guys

Am about to take delivery of a MY04 Liberty GT. I have bought it from a guy in Qld. The only mods it has is 19inch Kahn Mags.
I currently own a WRX, so understand what the hair-dryer can do for a boxer engine :grin:.
Since buying the car I have heard that the "semi-auto" is a god-awful slushbox, but I am yet to see.....
First thing to do is to get a black grille, so hopefully can source one through links here.

Sold the Subaru, replaced it with a Honda.. but all I know is Subaru's! (and Holden V8's of course):secret:

Thanks guys  - the Liberty arrived today.
First impressions are:
slow off the line (auto box), but once it picks up the revs - turbo kicks in nicely. The mags are scuffed in a couple of places, but otherwise its sweet.
Must get it over the pit to get SA Rego - and I hope they dont mind 19" mags  :not_i:

I only recently sold my vy wagon with 20's to a guy from adelaide. he informed me that he took it over the pits and they passed it with the 20's on, superlows and 18% tint.

so hopefully you have no problems.

I am keen to get a black mesh grille.  I see on the posts that they have been available in the past, but the e-bay sales are long gone. Any news of any current ones?
