Is it just me or have those tires been photoshopped to ultra black ?

I am also extremely interested to hear what your beast sounds like... i have exactly the same car.... except with a 2  1/4 inch exhaust from a highflow cat... also stainless steel headers from the block.... i am using a "redback" muffler and i am getting a "different" sound to what i expected... it has a really nice loud deep prominent note, with a sorta... yucky, vibrating, rattly breathy noise mixed in... just wondering if you have the same thing? what brand is your exhaust stuff? SOUND CLIP>> SOUND CLIPP>>> PLEASE!!!

My RX has 123'000kms and a full subaru service history. I won't go into exactly how much i paid for it, but it was around $16000. She's a great car and i love it!

To dylanf - no the tyres haven't been photoshopped extra black! The reason everything looks so clean is this was the day i picked it up and it had just been washed/detailed.

Regarding the sound, it doesn't quite have a traditional boxer 4 sound. It kinda sounds like a hot Alfa 4 cylinder with a nice rasp at the top end of the rev range. I'm really busy with uni work atm, but as soon as i get time a sound clip will be up on the site.

And i'm definately keen to come on any Melbourne cruises that pop up!!
