New member looking for info about purchasing a manual Liberty Gen3

Hello Ozlib members,

My name is Nelson and im interested in buying a manual Subaru Liberty Gen 3.  The reason for me looking for a liberty is due to me retiring my Gemini panal van and was looking for newer car and the liberty stood out from the cars i was looking at.

Just wanted to know what to look for when looking at these cars and any problems/issues i should be aware of. If you could list what to look for or if there is a link for me to read, it would be much appreciated.

in my opinion, perfect car, great looks, backed up by the all famous subaru boxer engine, that seems to be very reliable in times of today
all wheel drive can prove to be a lot of fun, and these cars seem to last forever!
cant beat a liberty

just check for the usual things you would when buying a second hand car. check service history and depending on km's, had the appropriate major services done
