new member - g'day all

  Top of Page

a brief intro. i bought my 04 Liberty 2.5i wagon from new, mainly cos it was the sexiest looking wagon available back then (under $50,000), and needed something to carry the wife, 2 dogs, and the boy on the way.

3 years on and we all still love the car, (except for the auto so i use the tiptronic quite a lot for more efficient gear changes wink

i have some issues with the rotors warping (and I see a few others have too), so that's my first port of call for an upgrade, followed by perhaps a front tower strut brace,  and the wish list goes on.......

hope i can contribute something useful along the way here.  I'm glad i found ozliberty cos it's hard to find dedicated Liberty advice from a tuning/upgrade perspective..

cheers

Rotor's warping are a often occuring issue with Subi's.
If you have enough rotor left get them skimmed, if not DBA4000's with a new set of pads(discussed in enormous detail already) will get that nice smooth feeling back.
Oh and welcome, might see you around town.

You should come on the next QLD cruise, then you'll know all about rotor warpage.
