I'm over this way as im on the prowl for a good 99-02ish shaped liberty wagon as a new daily drive car as my current car ( 2003 Corolla Sportivo ) is just a little bit to small for my trips to the wreckers and in general drives from Melbourne to Albury to see my family etc. I thought i'd come straight over to you guys and ask the owners rather than the sellers of cars what was good and bad and what to look out for etc. My eyes are preety firm on a wagon and a heritage at that with the electric moon roof and the leather interior... but id consider an RX also as i am aware you can only buy the heritage with the auto trans.

If anyone has got any information that would make the search easier that would be magic! Im handy and like to do all my own mechanical work and have recently completed a complete strip down and restore of my first car ( majour long term project ) being a 1986 AE82 Corolla Twincam. After looking at what toyota had to offer i found myself here , not really wanting anything imported but id love a boosted wagon or id love to boost one at some point once the corolla is a little more complete.
