My paperwork went in last week and I was told 4 to 6 weeks.  The 2008s are still on a ship and when the arive they have a couple of weeks to clear customs and then have to be delivered to the dealers.

I got my 2006 Safety on the 8th of August last year and had the same problem.  I actually got the last pear white safety in NSW/ACT.  It happens the same way at this time of the year.  The first thing to drop off is colour choice and then vehicle availability.

When they say there are almost no 2007 vehicles around they are telling the truth.
