Thanks Kev !   I should inform you the pictures tell fibs , the paint is actually Diamond Grey !!  We got it because its almost as dark as black but hopefully easier to keep clean ...... ??????

Thought I`d post some pics pf the latest addition to the Subaru family , a 95 GX Heritage wagon . Got it cheap with some moderate to bad side damage so hopefully I can sort it into a half decent ride when Im done , but its mainly for a workhorse so any tips and info on the EJ22 , 5MT drivetrain and engine will be appreciated .

Aircon needs a possible regas , but after
reading some threads here think a new cabin filter might be a good start !

Swapped the OEM speakers from my MY04 Forester XT over , the 15 year old OEMs were all but disintergrated LMFAO !!
SOunds alot better anyway , no sound offs yet tho` lol
Would you believe only very minor mods to fit the MY04 FXT speakers straight in , the rears even had the same T style plug ! fronts needed to be soldered tho.
The OEM? tweeters were still fine IMO ? 


A slightly bent lateral link / control arm ? anyone got a spare one laying around ?

Some oil leaks from the sump gasket mainly , I hope.... ??

Degreased and cleaned to do some leak detection

Drivers side damaged panels , fuel door - Rear tyre scrubbed by bent wheel arch . PICS taken after a good mallot bashing from yours truly  @@

Will do - just fitted a PVC CAI today and cleaned the AFM, seems to be running fairly well and a little throaty induction noise to boot  !

Yeah , a good pressure clean and then the magical Silicon spray , otherwise known as $3 can of Tyre Shine , buff it up and the plastics look new again !   but I must admit , is was fairly tidy to start with , aside from thick build up of oil around the sump / exhaust area .
