the bonnets dont always fit !!
the B4 had 5 different variants....A,B,C,D & E
A,B & C (2001 - 2002) should match each other and D & E (2002 - 2003)match

the main difference between them is where the bonnet meets the lights and the bumper....the grilles are different as well

It's not a waste because you are planning to do a EJ20TT conversion and need the air vent in the bonnet to allow air flow to the top mount inter-cooler?

OR

It's not a waste because your standard bonnet was damaged in a huge hail storm and you have found a B4 bonnet on ebay for $50?


If its not either of these two scenarios, then it's probably purely a cosmetic mod (ie plastic Brembo Caliper Covers, a B4 boot badge, etc) which would, in my opinion, be a waste of money.

+1 For ricer bonnet. Don't do it. They're aluminum, and they're prone to damage moreso than the RX bonnet.

so if the bonnets and headlights line up different on the different models does that mean if i replace my headlights with the JDM xenons of an eariler model it wont line up properly with my bonnent. i have a dec 2002 build if that helps

i think you have missed what i was trying to say.


the JDM lights are still from a gen3 just  a MY99
