My new ride

  Top of Page

Hey guys,

Just got home from the dealership with my new suby, i'm actually learning manual on the thing so it's a bit frightening, once I get going its all good but I can't take off if my life depended on it.

Going from an auto gen3 RX to manual.... 2.5l turbo wrx is scary. This thing just pulls!

Here are the pics.

Why oh why would you go from a lib to a wrx... should have just got a new GT much better car imo :-)

but then again I do have a bit of a soft spot for libs.

I would if I was given the option of my lib vs a new rexy... Of course a new rexy vs new GT, the GT would have that competition hands down.

Awsome looking car mate. Can't imagine what it must be like launching that much power when you're just learning manual :clapping:

A new GT is... what 15-20k more than a wrx. The wrx is quicker as well. I've driven it for maybe 10minutes.... id say 70% of my take offs were hopping. Once i get going its pretty good, should be good to go after a week of driving it.

We've already got a gen4 in the family anyway.... plus my mates got a gt-b.

Just  a "bit" of a change.

Nice car mate. Once you know how to drive it, you will find it to be quite a quick car. Most things won't keep up to 100kph.
